The site operates on a 15 days model. Wherein once a consortium is created the consortium shall be kept open for a period 15 days post which no other participants shall be allowed to join an existing consortium.
There are limited scenarios under which a cancellation request will be processed
● In case, a user creates a consortium by paying the applicable fees and later on decides to close the consortium before the end of 15 days period from the date of creation of the consortium owing to sole reason of no other users joining the consortium. In such a case, the user shall write an email to our id support@pocketghar.com with details of the original transaction.
● In case, post creation of consortium by a user , no other user joins the consortium for 15 days, an email shall be sent to the registered email id of the user for confirmation of extension of consortium by 15 days or the user seeks a refund.
○ In case the user decides to extend the consortium by 15 days, the same process shall be initiated at the end of such extended period.
○ In case, the user opts for cancellation of the service or does not respond to email within 3 working days, a refund request shall be processed from the end of receipt of cancellation response over email or 3 working days , whichever is earlier.
Additional non-cancellable terms:
● Wherein a user created a consortium and later another user joined the consortium.
● Wherein a user has joined an existing consortium by making the applicable payment and later decides to leave the consortium.

Any amount paid by the way of referral reward or joining bonus shall not be refunded.
Once your cancellation is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
